Description

Crimson Crisp apples are deep rich red in colour.  As the name implies very crisp with a creamy yellow flesh.  A nice balance between sweet and tart flavors.  Great for baking, fresh eating, and salads.

Developed through a cross between Honeycrisp and Monroe varieties, CrimsonCrisp apples were introduced to consumers in the early 21st century. Sold as a bareroot 2 yr old tree on Semi-dwarf rootstock G935 small semi-dwarf that mature up to 10-12′ tall.  G935 rootstock is resistant to fire blight and crown rot, and tolerant of replant disease.
