Description

Crimson Crisp apples are deep rich red in colour.  As the name implies very crisp with a creamy yellow flesh.  A nice balance between sweet and tart flavors.  Great for baking, fresh eating, and salads. 

CrimsonCrisp apples, celebrated for their vibrant color and crisp texture, are a relatively recent addition to the apple market. Developed through a cross between Honeycrisp and Monroe varieties, CrimsonCrisp apples were introduced to consumers in the early 21st century. Since then, they have gained popularity for their exceptional flavor and versatility.

CrimsonCrisp apple trees thrive in temperate climates, preferring well-drained soil and full sun exposure for optimal growth. They exhibit moderate vigor and can adapt to various soil types, making them suitable for cultivation in diverse regions. Proper orchard management practices, including pruning and pest control, contribute to healthy tree growth and abundant fruit production.

Sold as a bareroot 2 yr old tree on Semi-dwarf rootstock G935 small semi-dwarf that mature up to 10-12′ tall.  G935 rootstock is resistant to fire blight and crown rot, and tolerant of replant disease.

Trees are sold as bareroots (not potted) and will be available for pickup from May 2nd-4th, 2026. Pickup 257 Smith Road, Stirling, Ontario 8am-6pm.

Potted trees will be available in May, for $10 more per tree, subject to availability.
