Description

Honeycrisp is an exceptional apple that is high in demand. Sweet, super crisp with an explosively juicy texture. Fruit is large and round with a distinctive crisp texture and white creamy flesh. Best eaten fresh. Good Scab resistance but has a shorter shelf life due to their high sugar content. Honeycrisp can be more difficult to grow but biting into a Honeycrisp is a revelation and an explosion of taste in your mouth and is well worth the effort.

We are offering 2 yr. whips. approximately 5ft tall in height which have been grafted onto hardy G969 Rootstock.  Fireblight resistant and require staking.

Pollinator required, compatible varieties that pair well include Enterprise, Granny Smith, Mac, Gala, Northern Spy,Mutsu, Fuji, Jonamac, Golden Delicious, JFirestorm and Red Delicious.

Suitable for Zones 4-7.

2 year trees that are grafted on  EMLA 7 rootstock. Trees will reach 12-15ft in height at maturity.

Trees are sold as bareroots (not potted) and will be available for pickup from May 2nd-4th, 2026. Pickup 257 Smith Road, Stirling, Ontario 8am-6pm.

Potted trees will be available in May, for $10 more per tree, subject to availability.
